These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Prestige Lawn Care website at www.prestigelawncareict.com and the lawn care, landscaping, and related services ("Services") provided by Prestige Lawn Care ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or requesting our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services

Prestige Lawn Care provides lawn care, landscaping, hardscaping, tree care, irrigation, fertilization, snow removal, and related outdoor property maintenance services in the Wichita, KS metropolitan area. The specific scope of work for each project is determined through consultation and outlined in the quote or service agreement provided to the customer.

Services are subject to weather conditions, equipment availability, and scheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, unsafe working conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to notify customers of schedule changes as promptly as possible.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Prestige Lawn Care are estimates based on the information available at the time of the assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final pricing may vary from the original quote if the actual scope of work differs from what was assessed. This includes situations where site conditions are different from what was described or observed during the initial assessment, where additional work is requested by the customer during the project, or where unforeseen obstacles are encountered that require additional labor or materials. We will communicate any changes to pricing before proceeding with additional work and will obtain the customer's approval for any significant cost adjustments.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to each customer. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment is due upon completion of services for one-time projects, and on the billing date specified for recurring service agreements.

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a service charge as specified in the customer's service agreement. Accounts that remain unpaid for more than 30 days past due may result in suspension of services until the balance is resolved.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule services by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Recurring service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

Property Access and Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that our crew has safe and reasonable access to the service area. This includes securing pets during service visits, marking or disclosing known hazards such as underground utilities, sprinkler heads, or septic systems, and removing personal property from the service area.

Prestige Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation components, or other items that are not visible or disclosed prior to service.

Limitation of Liability

Prestige Lawn Care carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We take every reasonable precaution to perform our work safely and to protect your property.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of property value, loss of use, or loss of revenue.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of the property, natural events including weather, pests, or disease that affect landscaping after service completion, or the actions of third parties that damage completed work.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to address your concerns. This may include re-performing the service or providing a partial adjustment at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Prestige Lawn Care website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Prestige Lawn Care or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Sedgwick County, Kansas.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
